Sellect Realty is a locally owned and operated real estate firm.  Its founder opened for business in January of 2007 after 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry having been affiliated with companies such as Re/Max, DK Atlanta, and Harry Norman, Realtors.

Presently, there are 17 agents in the company and 3 are licensed brokers.  All are high-caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds.

Sellect Realty distinguishes itself as the company that provides the most "choices" for consumers than any other realty company.  Because it offers a whole spectrum of choices for consumers -- from the full-fledged traditional service to flat fee services with or without full service -- it has caught the attention of the Canadian Competition Bureau, which is equivalent to the FTC in the United States.  In March of 2009, Sellect Realty was interviewed by the officials from the Government of Canada to gather information for their citizens who are advocating the removal of rules that limit choices in brokerage services.
